These are our standard monthly rates. During your free assessment we'll confirm your pool falls within standard parameters. Occasionally very large pools or pools requiring significant initial work are quoted individually — we'll always tell you before we start.

Good To Know
We believe in total transparency. Here's what falls outside your monthly rate — and we always ask before adding anything.
If your pool needs a full recovery treatment we'll quote it in advance.
Salt bags are heavy and cost-variable. We charge cost plus a small handling fee and always notify you first.
When phosphate levels are elevated we'll recommend a treatment and quote it before proceeding — typically $45–65.
If we find something that needs repair we'll diagnose it and send you a quote before touching anything. Per your service agreement, any repair under $50 is automatically approved and charged so we can fix small issues on the spot.
Deep cartridge or DE filter cleaning is available as an add-on service. We'll let you know when it's needed.
Any chemical outside our standard kit — stain treatments, metal sequestrants, scale removers — is quoted separately and approved by you first.
